Introduction
The Southern African Regional Students and Youth Consortium is a regional platform which addresses the sexual and reproductive health challenges of students and young people. The SARSYC Conference was conceptualised in 2015 after the conveners noted that there was a need to amplify the collective voice of students and young people in the SADC region. The SARSYC has made significant contributions in the region through shaping, reflecting and influencing regional frameworks on SRHR and has been expanding its scope to look at other issues that are affecting young people and students such as inclusive and equitable education, their general well-being to include issues of mental health, other non-communicable diseases and issues of Sexual Gender Based Violence.
The Southern African Regional Students and Youth Conference on Sexual and Reproductive Health (SARSYC) invites Organizations, government ministries and partners to exhibit during the 4th Edition of the conference over the three days (24-26 August 2022). The Conference is offering Organisations and Stakeholders a unique opportunity to showcase innovative concepts, products, services and new research to over 200 regional delegates that will participate during the conference as well as other partners in SRH programming. There will be a high Level Engagement Platform on the 25th of August and High level delegates who include Embassy representatives, Government representatives, the AU Ambassador to Southern Africa and the SADC Secretariat will have an opportunity to tour exhibition tables at the conference.

EXHIBITION CANCELLATION
All cancellations must be motivated for in writing, and are approved at the discretion of the organizers. All refunds will be made after the conclusions of the Conference.
