SAYWHAT encourages and motivates students, young people, teenagers, and children to participate actively in advancing global targets and objectives for better health (including sexual and reproductive health), education, and the welfare of children at national, sub-regional, and pan-African levels. We aim to cultivate a strong sense of personal and collective responsibility among these groups for promoting positive health and education outcomes. SAYWHAT emphasises creating secure environments for young people, including students, youth, adolescents, and children, to enhance their access to healthcare and education, thereby reducing disparities between different subpopulations of young people.
